QUESTION FOR BOARD; regarding ENE and posible chapter 11. When Pacific Gas filed for chapter 11, it was trading at 5-6 dollars, after they filed and time has passed she is presently at $18.00 while in chapter 11. Based on the amount of shareholders ENE has, is it a possability that shareholders don't get wiped out? I am looking for an answer please?

They hugged the tar baby LoL Bob, that was a good one. Watered down today to match your nibble basis. I know it's a poison pill, but decide to take one more <G> I'm playing this one like option; it won't expire on me at least or will it?. Even if it BK, there should be some value left... Still estimating ENE to get 7 or 8, and I'll be a happy camper at 6. This is what I am dreaming right now : The big boys will let the price move up to around 5s, then announce the deal at 7.50, a nice premium and every one is happy. "The Tar Baby and the rabbit lived happily ever after..."
