Since she says the recession is over, then maybe we should sell on the news. The purpose of CNBC/CNNfn is as a mouthpiece of the institutions to feed "news" to justify where they plan to move the markets.

Cramer says this is 1991 before the Gulf War ended. If that's the case, then US Fed Funds rates would go negative over the next eighteen months.

I think there were still some nine rate cuts still left at this stage in 1991, including the suprise cuts in the fall when the market started to falter again.
