Constantine, you are correct. I would not have thought that Intel's current .13u products could exhibit so much leakage. I am actually hoping for an even shorter term solution, rather than waiting for the Terahertz transistor. At this rate, by the time Intel gets to 90nm manufacturing, leakage will be out of control. There has to be another solution. Yes, I know SOI is a solution, but quite possibly Intel may have another one that works better. wbmw
