Funny how your stocks always have special provisions. I've never seen a clause like that in a real stock.

Congrats on getting the insiders to stop selling. It must have been real hard trying to artificially prop up the price with them constantly hitting the bid all the time.

Cant blame them since they have been beta testing for ten years now and counting.
