Greg, Re: "Do 'Droids go away like flies when it gets cold?"

Some of them do, but others find doom and gloom over the most positive of announcements.

Even Intel's terahertz achievement that has been hailed by all the press as an extremely positive development for Intel is being regarded by the 'Droids as proof-positive that Intel is behind in manufacturing. I mean, how lame can you get?

I assume that if Intel were to beat expectations in the fourth quarter, make a billion in income, steal 5% market share from AMD, and improve their previously losing business groups, some AMDroids like Dan3 would probably say that this is the opportunity AMD needs to topple the Intel monopoly, since this is proof-positive that Intel is strong-arming any competition.

Yes, I don't doubt that would be his response! It's outrageous.

Greg,

Do 'Droids go away like flies when it gets cold?

No, but maybe the smell does a little. Couldn't resist.
