Obviously in the case of silver one has: Warren Buffet. Even Bill Gates invests in pure silver mining companies: PAAS, so there is some interest in this commodity by the ultra-wealthy.

I agree. But eventually the equilibrium will come back and silver mines will be profitable again. The cycles always come back.
