Rich1,

We need to get the terminology right. CIEN is tier-1 in its own space, except that the recovery of optics may come along with wave 2 or 3 in terms of sector recovery. Therefore, CIEN is grouped (in my book) with tier-2 semis.

Lots of potentially lucrative ideas, but they are all speculative at this point until finally substantiated.
