11:30AM : The market is making a modest comeback over last half hour, but still close to session lows...Traders say Dow Jones is reporting that Intel (INTC 31.31 -0.55), which presented at a CSFB conference this morning, is more comfortable with guidance as days go on. Having modest effect on Semi Index (SOX 521.44 -11.02). Group still weak, led on downside by RMBS -7%, TQNT -6%, RFMD -5%. The latter two hurt by a lackluster forecast by Nokia (NOK 23.28 -1.95).... finance.yahoo.com
