Wow, Jeffrey How can TK do that? He finances a company and may end up still holding some of the shares then he gets one of his analysts to recommend the stock to get the price up so maybe he can sell them. Talk about conflict of interest. Remember he also owned JagFN through JagNotes which was online stock promotion television. Remember also the wacky things he did at Infotopia and I think he has his hand in FRTI free real time. In the various lawsuits against him he is being sued for stock manipulation. He manipulated prices up and down depending upon his positions. He had astn invest $1.5M worth of shares in Jagnotes. He them mentioned the new financing deal which sent the price up. Then he sold those shares for money. Then he did the financing and the price of course went down. Mark Valentine of TK Holdings, Southridge... is a director of UTTC which is part of ASTN. He also did the toxic funding for ASTN. CEO of ASTN last friday on his friday was asked about Valentine. This is how it went. Fraser Seitel: southridge? mark valentine? being sued for stock manipulation and fraud by companies funded? Fred Rittereiser: look, ya know, we're in a litigeous time, um, ...not my problem , a, b , doing good job beating people who sued them. couple companies used financing as reason for own demise, wouldn't make it anyhow, valentine isn't director at astn (he is director of uttc though). Rittereiser went on to say that Valentine and his toxic funder the cayman strawman Jameson are friends. astn share price went from $1 to .10 because of toxic funding, $2.50 to .10 since after it was announced. the shills were touting the new financing as a great, great thing, before anyone saw the agreement or did any dd. It's so amazing these scammers get away with this stuff.
