I heard Russert quoting Bob Barr calling the scope of the executive order "breathtaking". So you have guys like conservatives like Barr and liberals like Leahy in agreement, the executive order over-reaches.

I share your concern, Jorj. As Americans, we can take great pride in our system of justice and equal protection. It is one of our strongest arguments in the international contest of ideas about systems of governance. We abandon that claim when we establish classes of protection and conduct secret trials.
