I am not so concerned with the ones that are guilty.....hell, execute them without a trial. It is the guys who are not guilty who I worry about.

I wouldn't want to be a Middle Eastern man on trial in *any* court right now. But a secret tribunal????? A military tribunal??? What are the chances that the members who make up a military tribunal have a strong bias?

I might agree if I thought there was some unfairness in the tribunal proceeding. I don't. So I think a subsequent trial (which would be a criminal proceeding in a civilian court) would be a waste of time, money and scarce judicial resources...
