Fin,

re: What flavor of horses? KY is known for Thoroughbreds, but there are also large populations of other breeds (especially warmbloods) in the area.

My wife is the horse person, I was along for the ride. The owner was amusing to say the least, knew all the important barn owners, and had stories about all of them, which I ignored. The place was about 15 minutes from some kind of "horse museum", as I said, I was watching football. If you want info, I would be glad to send it by PM.

Ask me how to hit a knock down five iron into a strong wind and I might be able to fake an intelligent answer.

John

PS If you have questions you really want answered, send me a PM and I'll have my wife respond.
