Since I have advocated the assassination of known terrorist operatives, and deemed it wise to consider all part of the conspiracy, as well as potential threats, rather than tying them to specific actions, it would be hypocritical of me to wring my hands over the tribunals. The situation under military government, in occupied territory, is different than on US territory, and our ultimate model is war crimes trials, not trials under civil law........

A jury off of the street will have diverse backgrounds. I consider the idea of having a military tribunal to be akin to having a police officer on a criminal jury.
