Victor,

>> How did you guess the $6 support! Not a penny more, not a penny less!

That was just co-incidence, of course. I bought at $6.12, which I hope to sell @ $7.70 next week.

The reason for support at 6 is very simple. look at this chart.

siliconinvestor.com

it tested six from below twice within a short period. Then went through it decisively to 7.70. Then tested six from above several times in a couple of days, and survived it. So heck, that's support. Right?

Anyway, that's history. On to the future! There is another chart that is even more compelling than i2 in this same manner. So tomorrow I plan to buy 1200 shares adct hopefully around 4.90. Again if the market is up and stays up through the morning. Why 1200 shares ? because that will be the maximum margin I can have remaining in that account.

siliconinvestor.com

Look at that 5 level. Doesn't it look like it will just burst through to 7 at any moment ?

caveat, I could be wrong, and often are!!!!!!!!!!

I'll reply to the other points in your note when I have more time.

Good luck to all us gamblers.

Sarmad

Victor, The problem with selling covered calls every month - at least in the stocks where I've done it - is you have to go out at least 2 months usually to get a premium to make it worth your while. That ties up the capital for an awfully long time so I think it might be hard to do it every month.
