I think there is a practical limit on what Russia can do to keep the price low ... they can't shoot themselves in the foot. I expect that oil is due for a technical correction up and that is all they are playing. Stagflation -- pockets of higher prices with slowing economic activity fits most of those positions.

Short the TYX and EURO doesn't compute for me -- I need to think about that one ...

I don't think you really ever left the bear cave. Everyone here knows that QCOM is a good 'value' stock <g>
