One last thing before turning in. Now that Intel has copied AMD and designated their new Xeon multiprocessor chips with the MP suffix, AMD better grab the XMP extension. What would you rather have, a plan old MP processor, or an "extra or extreme" Athlon XMP processor. Plus, it goes well with the Athlon XP name. They would then just have to get rid of the silly Athlon 4 name for the mobile line, and replace it with something like Athlon X?P (maybe Athlon XGP).

Pravin.

Pravin, Looks like higher electric field will make trouble with thickness variations causing either punchtrough or higher leakage? HMMM a hard limit.
