Flash is what is hurting AMD right now, but you already know that don't you? as it's 40% of AMD's revenue's.

AMD is about to be 2 generations behind in Flash process technology so large die and low density will hurt badly. No money for process development. No money for an advanced fab. AMD's Flash is in a world of hurt.
