No I disagree. The Recession is just starting. You better smell the coffee.

You don't turn a recession around in a month or two. Plus your ignoring the world economy and looking through your two 10 ft tubes at some short term positive movements.

Japanese banking is doing 0% mortgages for example.

Oregon is #2 in the nation for unemployment behind Alaska.

The effects are still slowing ramping and it's going to get worse for at least 2 quarters.
