Steve, I am only 2500 miles from there, however there is one place I know of that does sell mobos etc.
that is JDR Microdevices.
jdr.com
is the catalog outlet. I do not see many of the state of the art AMD motherboards there, so it may not satisfy your needs. His main client base is people in mid America where there are no Fry's etc, thus he might be pricy compared to local SD shops. Still, he usually has some interesting low priced ends of line to clear out.
One good way to find an outlet is to go to the mobo makers site(see any review on Tom's or anand or overclockers, etc) and find his distributors in the USA(many will have actual offices in the USA, like ASUS). An inquiry to them will tell you who in your area stocks the mobo of choice.
