Nigel, this is a very positive development for INCY, a company that frankly I had begun to sour on. They have added very experienced leadership with high credibility in the pharma industry and the experience to take the company to the next level. The Baker brothers are very smart savy money makers and Julian Baker is a great addition to the board.

I would think Bob Stein will bring a new clarity of vision to the future of research at Incyte. Friedman DID do well by DuPont, even if they could not recognize it. A very positive development for this company.
