It is economically impossible for corporate entities to be taxed. Taxes are resources seized from individuals, whether directly or through the hidden "corporate tax". The effect of using a corporation income tax to collect from the public simply makes less efficient the job creation and resource allocation capabilities of those private-sector entities. The effect is that the taxes, collected in this way, are far more costly to the economy.
