I think I already added the 76 slide.

Btw, I've seen appr 40kbps, not sure if 39 or 41, or 40.14kbps.

Understanding AMR and present GSM/GPRS makes the slide easier to understand, as
does following the standardazation process.

Funny, I can't think of one. The only one that initially decided to do that was Nextel, however shortly thereafter, they recanted....
