Enron's common shares were down 5 cents at $3.96 in late-morning dealings on the New York Stock Exchange (news - web sites), after rising 22 cents, or 4.7 percent, to $4.23 earlier. One class of Enron's preferred stock (NYSE:EXG - news) gained steadily, up 15.4 percent or $2.29 at $17.17.

Yep, anything can happen. Including a new ratio of 0.09. That would totally piss me off. Maybe even to the point of voting all of my Enron shares against such a merger. After a certain amount of pain, which 0.09 definitely crosses for me, it's worth it to make DYN feel some of it.

Freaking Enron management oughta be gathered up and shot! Total shame what they did to this company.
