Of course you would. I believe it would be indecent to disagree.

I don't know that the value system of intentional parents with access to cloning will be better or worse than the value systems of intentional parents without such access. If the State exercises additional controls in cloning births, AND if the State represents (overall) a better moral direction than the many, in our unwashed society...then we will be vindicated by allowing cloning to progress under the watchful and controlling hand of the State as expressed through her people; otherwise, we may be shamed...

If the worth of the individual is ever placed in back of the "dreams" of their parents or their society...it would be a sad event in the "progress" of humanity, in my opinion. I have a huge bias for the individual against the claims of any collective. I don't expect that bias will ever change...
