I will not chase overvalued stocks, I don't see the market breaking and holding above the 200dma... I am neither a bear or bull, I'm a trader that has respect for historic valuations.

my answer to your question to ALEX:)--just read Buffets superb presentation in Fortune Magazine and he said anyone expecting more than 7% annual yield on equities are kidding themselves and are still looking in the rear view mirror back to the bubble where equity value was 200% of GNP(a high danger level--<70-80% a low risk area>).But now Buffet gives a figure of 133% and that was BEFORE this run,so we can conclude that 133% has significantly increased.
I understand this run-up but it is running itself exactly into the trap that it just left behind.
I remain firmly,in the long view,a bear.But do in no way ignore your TA of the Trend is your Friend--you have done excellently,i congratulate you!Max
