Gary, I remember being long at 4000 naz and cringing on days that are the mirror image of this one as i waited for one more run. It is not over for the shorts yet. Robust economic recovery is certainly not assured. What i think is really going on is much bucks(inadequate yields along with the 24 hour AG printing press) chasing relatively fewer shares(no vc or ipo markets). If my exchange buddy is right if we get thru 10k the market will have a serious run that should last thru january. mike PS my exchange buddy has been mostly right all along. His next move is to "short the hell out of the market at 11k".
