Woman killed, two wounded in shooting attack on bus in Gaza

One woman was killed and two people sustained moderate wounds Tuesday evening in a shooting attack on a bus in the Gush Katif bloc of settlements in the Gaza Strip.

The three were taken to Soroka Medical Center in Be'er Sheva, where the woman died of her wounds a short time later.

Two Magen David Adom ambulances that arrived at the scene of the shooting also came under Palestinian fire.

Earlier Tuesday evening, a Thai worker was lightly wounded in a shooting attack between the settlements of Ma'aleh Levuna and Shilo, north of the West Bank town of Ramallah.

Palestinian terrorists murdered one Israeli and
wounded two others in an ambush shooting
attack on a convoy of Israeli vehicles near
Katif Junction, east of Netzer Hazani in Gush
Katif, a short while ago, Channel 2 television
reported.

The mortally wounded women was taken by
helicopter to Soroka Hospital in Beersheba,
but succumbed to her wounds.

Two other victims were wounded moderately,
and were taken to Soroka Hospital by
ambulance.

Soldiers returned fire, Israel Radio reported
