What's a joke is to be limited in debate by the hand of candor tied behind our backs. I'm afraid if I was any more candid, I'd be banned for life. <g> Religion is also "inherent" in the sense we (most of us) are trained religiously by our families to have similar beliefs. I group them all together. We have laws which protect us from discrimination based upon race, ethnicity and religion. Religion is a protected class in both a legal and cultural sense. And more importantly, religion is about faith, not "ideas" as you put it. Its about faith that there may be something larger than us humanoids which controls the universe and our lives or its about a faith that it does not. I see a dichotomy and I don't believe in ridiculing the faith of either those who believe or those who don't. JLA
