Well i decided to do something about it myself, put in a little bid to match that DSer, we'll see how he likes it ... what would he do with that extra three cents anyway, prolly buy penny candy and rot his teeth ... maybe i'll take one board lot off him so he considers his commissions and the virtues of thirty-one cents -g- ... some will be dumping, it's that time of year .... although i suppose tax-loss becomes less of a factor when people have overall less capital gains to offset
