It is encumbant on AG to use prudence because it is the well educated 'in the know' class [me and you] that easily sidestep, and the regular blokes that get the shaft. The less the fed does to creat opportunities for sharpies the better. Time will tell if AL has done a good job or not... too early to tell as these effects lag badly. DAK
