M Sanger was a champion of the Nazis (until they lost the war). In one of her books, she writes of her contempt for Jews, Blacks, and Catholics. Her goal was quarantine and sterilization. When her grandson took over the Harlem PP and stated his desire to complete his grandmother's work, I shuddered.
