Definitely.

It certainly won't help recoup the millions that were lost, but will no doubt serve as a disincentive for any one else contemplating the same behavior.

He either broke the law or he did not. There is absolutely no way I will support destroying someone'sife becaus they were either stupid or anxious. None of those things is against the law. The whole idea of prosecuting this dummy is idiotic.
