LA is not okay the wages difference and the cost of living is too vast here. LA Bend Oregon and areas that draw wealth have just boomed beyond belief. LA upper income wise seems to be holding but i feel it has maxed it self out property wise. There are more people making less money which is unlike the 70 era where you had a larger middle class than you do now. You can't blow the bottom end of the economy out anymore they have no where to go but welfare.
