Holly Mackeral an acre in Woodinville? I thought everyone lived on top of eachother there? :)

Used to take the ferry and go the Ice Skate Park there. Wife tells me they closed it down. Now we have to go to Tacoma.

Real shame...

Yes I have been there. And to all the places you mentioned. I have business in the Redmond/Seattle area. Nice place, but too crowded (and expensive) now. I bet you got the property for CHEAP (in relative terms) back then.
