I'll take your word for it even though it contradicts all books on finance and economics that I happened to have. Probably wrong goodwill.....
It is puzzling though how a ( I will use a more familiar for me word ) reserve (asset) that is offset by liabilities ( future expenses) would add any value to a company :-))
But then again I do have to admit that I know next to nothing about accounting.....
