Nobody has told me about that, I'll accept your word on the usage. I won't go into the problems with the B0 (and earlier) stepping.

We prefer AMD flash because of the erase cycles and the temp. requirements. We also would like to use execute in place, because of the extra RAM required to do otherwise. StrataFlash means taking a performance hit at the max. frequency (which I'll leave unspecified). AMD flash means less of a hit.
