Hi, K. Our bridge club draws names each year - which works well for the adults. But the kids LOVE gifts - so I suggest drawing twice for each kid - one from a kid and one from an adult.

KLP; The old time Slavic people used to Give Pisankis (sp?) as presents for Easter and Christmas. These are very elaborately decorated eggs. These people did not have a lot of cash to blow on presents, so they would put the labor of love into each gift. An egg prepared for a very dear loved one might take 6-8 months to complete. I have seen china cabinets with eggs up to 50 years old in them, and to the family that owns them, they are priceless! Nowadays, the art of waxing and dipping is lost among the younger generation, but the kids still enjoy making them with magic markers, and they are still cherished by their parents.
