ITWO,

07:51 ET Goldman on Software : Goldman Sachs issues a mid-quarter update on the software sector; believes that
business has picked up but that stock prices already reflect that; says it is most comfortable with large cap vendors
such as VRTS, BEAS, MERQ, and PSFT, but notes P/Es are in the 50-65x range and would be buyers only in the
40-50x range; believes that unprofitable applications vendors such as ARBA, CMRC, MONE, MANU, and ITWO
are at most risk.
