It was an involuntary reaction, Mike. I groan every time I hear of a billion dollar write off related to acquisitions. I find it amazing how un-accretive most acquisitions wind up being anyway, witness CPQ.

We thought you liked Cisco. For that matter, study the history of acquisitions for Siebel, Intel, Microsoft, Oracle and others as well.
