t4, was it the -- new Silk Road' will become a Russian energy superhighway -- that got to you? Eric Margolis is a Canadian who writes some incredibly cynical stuff, you should see his views on Ottawa politics. :) Too bad Margolis didn't take into account that Putin is the leader of a bankrupt country that relies on natural resources to pay the interest on that $170 billion debt. This wasn't a "dazzling coup," this was merely survival... Regards Frank P.
