Funny,,,, the freedom to move freely in a democratic society made us vulnerable to terrorists. It was not our judicial system, law enforcement, or the Bill of Rights that caused the vulnerability. Yet we create a quasi-judicial tribunal, grant law enforcement expanded powers to intrude into our privacy and gut the Bill of Rights, in response. Feel any safer? So far, their defense seems to be picking up warnings of imminent attacks and pasing them on, like Chicken Little. Offensively, the motto is "Let's Roll. But defensively, it appears to be "Duck!"
