I've been trying to reason it out but it don't make sense...as you say, that's a common postmark for businesses, he's gotten stuff from Elsevier before...it was a windowed enveloped, not suspicious...

But if he had reason to suspect he was being targetted, i.e. a connection to someone who is involved in this anthrax terrorism somehow, then it's a strange way to call attention to himself, isn't it?
