Hi Larry, good question, sounds like maybe he was referring to specialists inventories, I don't know for sure.

Well, doubled up on ENE here at the open at $3.69, I am not sure I want it, they'll keep lowering the conversion rate and DYN might grab this one for a penny on the dollar at the end...They really got the by the cajones (sp?). A million shares offered on the ask and who knows how much more waiting to bail out...
