The premise of this proposal is the understanding that nothing short of serious personal shaming will force the ruling class to do the overwhelming will of the people and reform our horrendously evil tax system.

The premise of this proposal is that there is a serious structural problem with how this country is governed.

I agree with the premise of this proposal.
