Yes, the news is a positive. Tonight they report..I dont expect much, but will be watching to see their comments about business going forward. The cox deal just continues to show that they moving out of low ROE wireline into higher ROE wireless and internet broadband.

Report in line. Prospects still dismal. I looked at the financials and I did not like the almost 50% drop in R&D (used R&D) to get their numbers to meet street estimates. Huge drop year over year in cash and marketable securities. Looks like tangible book drop to below $2/share--maybe around $1.70's. Going into the report I held 300 shares and sold them during the extended session. With the general stock market correcting again decided to step aside from this until sometime next year unless this gets close to $3 per share. Just my take and maybe I'll regret selling.
