Some would, if they aren't already. They're busy stealing cars at the moment :) But that only extends to a certain proportion of the population IMO. Religious-nationalist Jews in Israel can do the same right now but are more interested in building settlements and stuff. Ultraorthodox are obsessed with having as many children as possible so that they'll outnumber the secularists. Same will apply to a proportion of the Arab population in Palestine/Israel too whatever happens for the forseeable future.
