Funny you should ask. I play Vegas weekdays from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., as a matter of fact. It's a tough crowd, and yet whatever I do in my tired old slapstick routine, I seem to have the market makers and specialists guffawing -- quite literally rolling on the floor.

I don't know which orders crack them up more -- the unreal limit orders (which don't even attract flies), the desperate sell orders (when I capitulate just seconds before the major reversals), or the doomed buy and short orders (which have an uncanny knack of promptly moving things in the opposite direction). The whole trick is timing, I guess.
