I Hate WAP

... but

WAP 2 is a different animal than WAP 1 (currently delivering as WAP 1.2.1) and will be important to both GSM phase 2.5 and amd CDMA 1xRTT.

WAP 2 is color, it's xHTML, it's cascading style sheets, etc.

WAP+GPRS has been, still is, difficult to understand for many.
