the market will just shrug this stuff off until it doesn't -- no amount of Greenspeak or monetary injections will slow this crap down now.

This is a much bigger event than what happened in California, IMO. Firms like ENE, DUK & others were the supposed models for the new energy markets and players in the new dereg environment --
