Saturn re: Yes AMD will be earlier to SOI than Intel. But that does not mean anything. is that what we were talking about? And you are making comments about my intelligence... re: Using a search engine to argue the business merits of a new technical approach is meaningless. I am sure you'll get one right one of this days :-)) The point was that intel discourage others from wasting money while perfectly convinced that the technology had it's merits - either now or in the future re: The trick is to use a technology at the right time when the the cost and development effort are worth the performance and business benefits. I'd think so either way I think it is pointless conversation
